In the process of submitting proposals to the congress, authors have the opportunity to be chosen to publish full papers in one of the conference proceedings books or in one of the ULHT-CICANT journals - see call for papers here. Proposals will be peer-reviewed.
The conference proceedings book will be published by McGraw Hill Education:
The best accepted proposals will be considered for special issues in one of two scientific journals:
International Journal of Film and Media Arts (indexed by Scopus):
(until 7 October 2021 - more info here)
International Journal on Stereo & Immersive Media:
(until 30 June 2021 - more info here)
In the first submission and review phase, which was open until March 8, 2021, authors submitted their proposals via EasyChair.
CC reviewers will send their assessment and comments by May 30:
- note that the CC may refuse the publication of the full article, if it does not meet the quality standards of the congress.
Payment is made by author, not by communication.
The maximum number of submissions per author is 3 contributions.
If an author sends 3 proposals, he/she must formalize 3 registrations.
The communication will not be published until the payment has been made by all the authors who sign the communication.
After notification of the acceptance of proposals (from March 23, 2021), in the second phase of the submission process, authors must submit the complete articles by May 15, 2021, for review by the Scientific Committee, taking into account publication in the conference book.
